Date: the 3rd and late 5th to early 6th month of the lunar year

Tin Hau Festival in Ping Chau is an important traditional festival in Ping Chau every year. The main event is celebrating the Tin Hau Festival on the 23rd day of the 3rd month of the lunar year. During the festival, local fishermen express their worship for the queen of heaven, their supplication for favorable weather.
