Mui Wo

Mui Wo has a wealth of tourist attractions, including the Silver Mine Bay Beach with clear water and fine sands, the old Silver Mine Cave, the magnificent Silver Mine Waterfall, watchtowers which were constructed to defend against the invasion of bandits and pirates in the past, as well as a number of ancient temples. The Silver Mine Bay Beach offers beautiful views and is equipped with a barbecue pit area, a light refreshment kiosk and a viewing deck, complemented by hotels and numerous eateries in the vicinity. Visitors can enjoy the view of the Bay from the viewing deck, which is also an ideal place for watching the annual dragon boat race.
