Kamikaze Cave

Sok Kwu Wan, Lamma Island

Located along the waterfront between Lo So Shing and Sok Kwu Wan of Lamma Island, the Kamikaze Cave is about a 20-minute walk from the family trail. It is said that during the Second World War, the cave was used by the Japanese army to conceal speedboats intended for suicide attacks, but the plan was never executed before the war’s conclusion. Visitors can pause in front of the cave to experience the breath of history.
