Mui Wo Mountain Bike Practice Ground
Lantau South Country Park, Lantau Island
Located in the Lantau South Country Park with an area of about 4.5 hectares, the Mui Wo Mountain Bike Practice Ground is the first mountain bike practice ground in Hong Kong and also ranks among the largest practice grounds in Asia. The venue features about nine-kilometre mountain bike trails, various technical features (such as jumps, a rock garden and a skinny, etc.), a tot track, and comprehensive supporting facilities (including toilets, a shelter, a water filling station and first‑aid equipment, etc.). Constructed in accordance with the sustainable trail standards of the International Mountain Bicycling Association, the practice ground offers trails of varying difficulties. Users can choose trails that suit their skill levels and competencies.
